Must be able to read, write and speak in odia.
Age Limit :
Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not below the age of 32 years as on 01-01-2014. Upper age relaxation is given for all the reserved candidates.
Examination fee / Application fee :-
Candidates has to pay application fee of Rs.100/- through online by using the odisha treasury portal or offline by the conventional mode of deposit in the treasury.
