72825 trainee teachers in primary schools in operation in the second stage of the recruitment process to fill positions 59 percent in counseling have been reported. Like most post Sitapur and Lakhimpur Kheri districts still have not filled the position. State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) has so far been reported from 67 districts and 57 districts have been prepared detailing filled and vacant positions.

SCERT has 10 times the working strategy of calling candidates. Based on the information received so far, 59 per cent posts were filled. 41 percent are vacant. According to the information received SCERT most general category and reserved category candidates at the counseling is provided. Since November 3, in the third phase counseling of reserved category candidates has been called 20 times and 10 times the other.
SCERT believe that most positions will be filled only in the third stage and provide counseling as may be required and will be necessary. Fall no more merit
SCERT received the report of the second phase of counseling after it became clear that the third phase is unlikely to fall much merit. Trainee teacher recruitment Merit 119 and second in the women's 107 and men's first art class art class for the first 127 and second Merit Merit was 117 points. When the second phase counseling of Merit was issued only seven per cent of the time were filled. Merit 59 per cent posts of Phase III will be released. According to officials of SCERT this time is unlikely to fall much merit.
